120v 300w Capsule Lamp. Branded Osram, Philips or GE. AKA 64514. These lamps are usually wired in series, so if one lamp pops, the other does not work. Mushroom type Disco lights, Budget lighting and most lights that have multicoloured painted lenses usually use this type of lamp. Soundlab, Skytronic and Acme use this type of lamp in some of their budget disco lights.
