This is a special order item, so please allow upto 4 working days from order date. We will modify the flight case to house the Cortex HDC1000 and Numark CDN22 Cd player to be in a flip style head unit, as can be seen in the pictures. Once the system is cased all the wiring will be done and terminated to a single mains power lead, via an internal 4 way extension socket. There will be available space left to accomadate 1U equipment, such as a dual radio mic system, which can be added at the time of order (additional cost) or at a later date.

The Cortex HDC1000 DJ MP3 Media Player marks the first of a long line of products embracing a new direction in DJ equipment - a familiar CD player style controller that controls a USB mass storage device. This could be an external USB Hard Drive, a USB flash Drive, an iPod, or other any other MP3 player that features USB connectivity. You could play the majority or your set from a hard drive or MP3 player connected to the rear USB socket, and then plug a USB flash drive into the front socket to play new tracks or tunes requested by your audience!
