We Hire out a good selection of disco equipment, PA and karaoke. Our hire department will supply anything from a single light to a full rig. All items are checked and tested before hire to make sure your night runs as smoothly as possible. To book any hire equipment, please make arrangements as soon as possible, as there is a high demand for weekend hire. A small deposit will secure your booking. To hire equipment we will require a valid driving licence, Credit Card with matching current card statement and 2 proofs of ID with name and address, dated within the last 30 days. We will also require a security deposit. The security deposit must be paid with a Credit Card via chip and pin, for low value hires we may accept a Debit Card. For high value hires we will pre authorise a substantial deposit on a Credit Card. Late equipment will have a surcharge deducted from the security deposit. All hire equipment must be returned by noon the next working day, unless otherwise agreed. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES FOR HIRE EQUIPMENT. We have the right to refuse hire without explanation & increase any security deposit as necessary. Proof of insurance to cover damage and theft may be required on some equipment. Only one person can be responsible for the hire. For example, who ever collects the hire equipment must be able to supply all ID requested, sign the hire agreement and pay the security deposit via Chip and Pin. If you can not comply with the above information on collection of the hire equipment, we will not release the hire and any monies paid will not be refunded.
All Hire Prices are plus VAT and are correct at the time of printing. Prices may vary without further notice. Prices quoted are Based on a “DRY HIRE”. Christmas Eve & New Years Eve are Double the Prices Stated.
All leads and connections will be supplied with the equipment, if requested additional leads may be supplied. If any equipment you require is not listed please call with your specific requirements, as we may possibly be able to supply it.
