Special Order Items

• Special Order Items are ordered direct from our suppliers, as soon as you place your order with us. Some orders will be sent direct to you from the manufacturers, which can speed up delivery times.

• Most Special Orders are delivered with in 5 working days, if not sooner and on some occasions can also take longer to arrive.

• If for any reason the Special Order item is going to be delayed or out of stock, we will notify you and give you the option of a refund or proceed with the order.

• All Special Order items will be sent out free delivery, so no need to pay for any additional delivery costs.

Pre Order Items

• Pre Order Items are back ordered from our suppliers, as soon as you place your order with us. Generally Pre Orders are for new release products, and there is a high demand from the 1st Shipment, this means you will be allocated stock before general release.

• Arrival dates for Pre Orders may vary from the advertised date, but we will notify you with any updates.

• If for any reason the Pre Order item is going to be heavily delayed, we will notify you and give you the option of a refund or proceed with the order.

• All Pre Order items will be sent out free delivery, so no need to pay for any additional delivery costs.

Collect From Store

• We will not deliver these products, as they do not have the original packaging and no boxes suitable for safe delivery.

• You do not want to pay a pallet surcharge and prefer to collect the heavy bulky items in person
