Delivery & Stock Information

Quantities in stock is generally very accurate and Not all items on our website are in stock at our Kidderminster Showroom as we have several warehouses where items will be shipped from. Click n Collect orders, please contact us before coming to visit our showroom, to make sure we have the product in stock for immediate collection. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.

Due to ever increasing delivery costs, unfortunately some products will now have a fixed delivery charge and will be clearly shown at the checkout.

• Delivery Costs Quoted are for UK Mainland Only
• Free Standard delivery for most orders over £100 (within 5 working days) *Some items may be excluded from free delivery*
• £4.99 Standard Delivery for orders under £100 (within 5 working days)
• £10.99 Express Delivery (within 3 working days)
• £20.00 Large Parcel. Some items will be classed a Large Parcels
• £30.00 Oversized Parcel. Some items will be classed a Oversized Parcels 
• Special Orders can take up to 7 working days, but may take longer. *Some items may be excluded from free delivery*
• Any Orders placed on a Weekend will be processed Monday
• Any Orders placed on a Wednesday will be processed Thursday
• Delivery times are not guaranteed, but 99% arrive on time.
• Delivery times quoted are from when the parcel is collected.
• Collect From Store: We will not deliver these products, as they do not have the original packaging and no boxes suitable for safe delivery.
• Click n Collect: Order online and collect from store

• Highlands, Ireland and Northern Ireland, and if you order from outside UK MAINLAND your order WILL NOT be processed until we work out the correct delivery cost. We will email you the additional/correct delivery cost and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order. 
• International Orders please email sales@djsupplies.co.uk for shipping costs.

• Most orders up to 2Kg will be with Royal Mail.
• Orders over 2Kg will be delivered by our choice of courier.
• All deliveries will be tracked, and may require a signature on receipt.
• Due to security, no orders will be left unattended or in a safe place.
