10x Textured Rollers.
Best results with Tuff Cab are obtained with two medium-thick coats, this is generally sufficient to cover bare plywood and mdf. Additional coats will give a thicker more durable paint covering.
Application:
When rollering Tuff Cab paint, start by thoroughly covering one speaker panel with an even coat of paint. Do not apply heavy pressure, repetitive rolling, and changing the direction of the roller is the best way to spread the paint evenly. Once an even coat has been achieved gradually reduce pressure with the roller so that as you finish you are just gently pulling the roller through with your fingertips.
Applying heavy pressure will leave line marks from the edges of the roller - it's best to start with heavier pressure to spread the paint and finish with light pressure to give an even, consistent finish with no line marks.
Rolling too fast can leave a spiky sharp finish with Tuff Cab, which feels rough to the touch. For a smoother flatter finish, roll through slowly and evenly.
