• Pallet Delivery is mandatory on some heavy bulky products, and is the only delivery option, this ensures you items arrive safely on a pallet. The surcharge is at a reduced rate, as a pallet delivery often starts from £60. Pallet Delivery will take slightly longer to arrive, so no need to pay for any additional shipping at the checkout.
• Delivery times quoted are from when the parcel is collected.
• If you select an incorrect delivery option or order from outside UK MAINLAND your order WILL NOT be processed until we work out the correct delivery cost.
• Highlands, Ireland and Northern Ireland will be subject to an additional delivery cost. When we receive your order, we will notify you of this.

• Most orders up to 2Kg will be with Royal Mail.
• Orders over 2Kg will be delivered by courier.
• All deliveries will be tracked, and will require a signature on receipt.
• Due to security, no orders will be left unattended or in a safe place.
