• Delivery Costs Quoted are for UK Mainland Only
• Free Standard delivery for orders over £50 (within 5 working days) *Some items may be excluded from free delivery*
• £4.50 Standard Delivery for orders under £50 (within 5 working days)
• £6.50 Express Delivery (within 3 working days)
• £10.00 Next Working day. ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 12PM (temporary removed from checkout)
• £25.00 Saturday Delivery. ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 11AM ON A FRIDAY
• Special Orders can take up to 5 working days, but may take longer. *Some items may be excluded from free delivery*
• Any Orders placed on a Weekend will be processed Monday
• Any Orders placed on a Wednesday will be processed Thursday
• Delivery times are not guaranteed, but 99% arrive on time.
• Delivery times quoted are from when the parcel is collected.
• Collect From Store: By Appointment Only. We will not deliver these products, as they do not have the original packaging and no boxes suitable for safe delivery.

• Pallet Delivery is mandatory on some heavy bulky products, and is the only delivery option, this ensures you items arrive safely on a pallet. The surcharge is at a reduced rate, as a pallet delivery often starts from £60. Pallet Delivery will take slightly longer to arrive, so no need to pay for any additional shipping at the checkout.
• Highlands, Ireland and Northern Ireland, and if you order from outside UK MAINLAND your order WILL NOT be processed until we work out the correct delivery cost. We will email you the additional/correct delivery cost and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order. 
• International orders please email sales@djsupplies.co.uk for shipping costs.

• Most orders up to 2Kg will be with Royal Mail or Hermes
• Orders over 2Kg will be delivered by our choice of courier.
• All deliveries will be tracked, and will require a signature on receipt.
• Due to security, no orders will be left unattended or in a safe place.
